Q: What is the Starter Discount?
A: Get a 30% discount on buying credits for as little as US$5.

A Starter Discount lets you try the mig33 merchant program using a small amount of money. We want to prove to you that selling mig33 credits is easy, fun, and can make you money. You can create your own vouchers or simply transfer credits to other mig33 users.

Just sign-up for the merchant program and send mig33 a payment over US$5. We will automatically apply a 30% discount, credit your account, and send you an SMS notification.

A Starter Discount is most economical with the Local Bank Deposit method because there are usually no extra bank or transfer fees you need to pay, making it a low cost and low risk way to try the mig33 merchant program. You can also obtain a Starter Discount using a Credit Card in most countries.

Q: How do I receive a 30% discount?
A: Once you are a registered merchant, mig33 will automatically apply a 30% discount on any amount you pay through Local Bank Deposit, Credit and Debit Card, Western Union, or Telegraphic Transfer over a minimum amount. The minimum amount required is about US$70 for 30% discount. The exact amount will be calculated for you using your local currency and the latest exchange rates in the Merchant Center, before you make any payment.

Q: How do I get a Starter Discount?
A: Once you are a registered merchant, get a Starter Discount by selecting an amount over about US$5 when you buy credits. We will automatically apply a 30% discount. You can only receive one Starter Discount per merchant account. If you have already received a Starter Discount, you will not receive another discount. The Starter Discount is most economical with the Local Bank Deposit method or by Credit Card.

Q: Do my credits expire?
A: Yes. Your credits expire in 90 days.

Q: How do I access the Merchant Center on mobile?
A: On your mobile browser, please go to http://m.mig33.com or start-up the mig33 mobile application on your phone, and log in.

Then go to My Account and select Merchant Center. You will only see this option once you have registered to Become a Merchant.

Q: Can I send to you call rate feedback for mig33 in my country?
A: Yes! We would definitely want to know what others are charging in your country for mobile calls and also International (IDD) calling cards. If you find anything interesting, please feel free to send to merchant@mig33.com.

Q: Can I use credit card to recharge my merchant account?
A: Yes. Credit and Debit card payments now qualify for 30% merchant discount when you sent us $70 in a calendar month.

Q: Can I buy credits from other merchants?
