Q: What is Paypal?
A: Paypal is a service that allows anyone to pay online in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.
Q: Can I buy mig33 credits using Paypal?
A: Yes you can! All you need is a Paypal account which you can create on Paypal’s website. Once you have created your Paypal account, simply send a payment to payments@projectgoth.com. Please read Paypal’s website on how to make a payment. Once we received your payment, we will credit your mig33 account and send you an SMS Notification. Please note that this may take a few days to process.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: It is free for you to send money through Paypal. mig33 will absorb all transaction costs.
Q: What type of payment method should I use?
A: Paypal offers several types of payments including:
- Credit and Debit card – usually clears instantly
- Echeck – an Echeck means that funds are taken directly out of your bank account. This method may take up to 10 days to clear before we can credit your mig33 account.
mig33 currently accepts all types of payments from Paypal. Please note that different method will have different processing time. If you want credit immediately, we recommend that you use a credit or debit card when making payment.
Q: What currency do I pay in?
A: mig33 are accepting Paypal payments in US Dollars (USD) and Australian Dollars (AUD).
Q: What do I need to do when making a Paypal Payment?
A: When you make a payment, please make sure that you enter your mig33 username and mobile number as a ‘Note’. This way, mig33 will know that the payment is coming from you and mig33 will know which mig33 account to credit immediately. If you have not received your mig33 credit after 7 days, please email contact@mig33.com with your reference number.
Q: Is there a limit on how many credits I can purchase using Paypal?
A: mig33 does not impose a limit on the number of credits that you can purchase. However, Paypal does impose a ’sending limit’ and this depends on the type of account which you hold on Paypal. Please go to their website for more information.
