If your BlackBerry device failed in TCP or HTTP connection, you would need to check whether your BlackBerry has correct TCP setting for your service provider network.
To Check/Set your TCP settings:
- From home screen, select Settings, Options.
- Then select Advanced Options, TCP.
Here, you should be able to see the details of TCP setting. If the settings are empty or not set by your service provider, you would need to find out the correct setting by calling your service provider. Once you get the correct setting information from you service provider, Enter and Save the Settings.
Once you have saved new TCP information, you should reboot your BlackBerry by removing and reinserting the battery.
Why cannot I send pictures of certain size via mig33 beta on BlackBerry?
Currently, the largest picture that can be sent via mig33 beta is 150Kb. If the picture taken bycamera or from the storage is greater than 150Kb, mig33 beta will prompt that the file size is too big.
To reduce the file size of the picture taken by your BlackBerry camera, you can lower the resolution before taking the picture.
- From the main Menu, select Camera
- Then select Options.
- Then reduce the picture size to medium (1024 * 768) or small (640 * 480).

Make sure your camera works properly outside of mig33 beta. Then check the versions of mig33 beta installed on your BlackBerry.
Checking mig33 beta version installed:
- From the main Menu, select Options.
- Then select Advanced Options.
- Then select Applications.
- Then select mig33 beta.

When you get a new message in your chat room with mig33 beta running in the background, the mig33 beta icon will change to indicate new message.

Configure your Microsoft Windows Mobile to access the right APN when running applications that uses the Internet.
Under ‘My Work Network’, select ‘Add new modem connection’. You need to enter the APN here, and make sure that you select ‘Cellular Line (GPRS)’ as your modem. Save your new setting and go to ‘Manage Existing Connection’ in ‘My Work Network’
