What’s new?
This Certification Program helps mig33 provide special recognition to our high performing merchants, who provide a great service to the mig33 community.
As mig33 increase the profile and importance of being a Merchant, mig33 encourage more mig33 community members to become merchants. And with more merchants, there will be more ways for mig33 members to buy mig33 credits – so everyone wins.
- Certified merchants must meet sales criteria each month
- Certified merchants are officially promoted by the mig33 merchant team
- Certified merchants must display a reasonable code of conduct.
- Certified merchants are now recognized with a special colour (purple) in mig33.
If you have sub-merchants, they may also attain status in our certification program if they meet similar sales criteria.

Q) What is a mig33 certification program?
A: The merchant certification program has been designed to recognize those merchants who have consistently and loyally participated in the mig33 merchant program.
A certified merchant will be displayed in the colour (purple) when in the mig33 community, which is different to other members.
Q) How do I become a certified merchant
A:
- A merchant who has paid mig33 more than $70 per month, for previous 3 calendar months
- A new merchant who has made a payment of $70 or more will automatically become a certified merchant
- For new merchants paying less than $70, their addition will at the discretion of the mig33 merchant team
Q) What is the advantage of a being a mig33 certified merchant?
A: A certified merchant will:
- Be promoted by mig33 merchant team
- Get a separate color font (purple) that will differentiate them from other users
Q) Will I be a certified merchant forever?
A:
- No. You will loose you certification if you fail to pay for a month or do not pay minimum $70 per month. You will then only be able to regain your certification after you pay $70 or more per month for 3 months consecutively
- Any misconduct will lead to a complete termination without a chance to regain the certification
Q) What if I have other merchants working for me?
A: If you have sub-merchants working for you, then you can also give them certification. The following rules apply:
- You can get certification for 3 sub-merchants, if you pay more than $300 per month for 3 months consecutively,
- You can get certification for 5 sub-merchants, if you pay more than $1,000 per month for 3 months consecutively
You can change the names of the sub-merchants anytime by sending an email to merchant@mig33.com
Q) What if I have done everything right but I am still not a certified merchant?
A: The merchant team will ensure that if you have covered the required criteria then you automatically become a certified merchant. However in the rare chance where we may have missed you, please send an email to merchant@mig33.com
